The product details were right on, including the measurements, so I was able to order the right sink without having to call around. That part made things really easy, and I’m happy with what arrived. I did expect the instructions to be a little clearer, but overall it worked out fine.

"Freight delivery was fine, but I felt brushed off"
My order came by freight, and the driver did call ahead like they were supposed to. Everything showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. That said, when I had a quick question, it kind of felt like nobody really wanted to deal with it and I was just being brushed off. Delivery itself went smoothly, but the service around it could’ve felt a little more helpful.

I ordered a few kitchen supplies i was mostly just trying to find something decent without spending too much. The prices were better than a lot of the other places I looked at, which was nice, and when everything showed up it didn’t feel cheap or flimsy or anything. Shipping was fine too, nothing dramatic, just got here like expected. Overall I’m happy with what I got for the money.

I ordered a few restaurant supplies from voltagerestaurantsupply.com and was mostly just hoping everything would show up on time without any hassle.

The shipping was actually quicker than I expected, and the tracking updates were fine. The box arrived in good shape too, so that part was smooth.

That said, I was a little disappointed overall because I expected the experience to feel a bit more polished. Nothing major went wrong, but I’m not exactly excited about it either. I’d probably order again if I needed kitchen supplies, but I wouldn’t say I was impressed.

I tried placing an order and the checkout kept glitching on me. The pricing and shipping weren’t really clear, and I had to re-enter my info a couple of times, maybe 2 or 3. By the time the order finally went through, roughly 20 minutes later, I was annoyed. Definitely not as smooth as it should be

For the most part, my experience has been fine. I usually just judge these things by a simple rule: if it shows up around when I expect it to, I’m happy. Most of the time it does, so I’d call it reliable enough. The only thing that bugs me is the shipping updates can be kind of vague or delayed, so I’m left guessing more than I’d like.

It took a while to get everything figured out, from the tone of the replies, I got the impression it wasn’t exactly a priority on their end. It was eventually sorted, but the whole thing was frustrating and not a great experience.

I was shopping around for some restaurant supplies and Voltage Restaurant Supply had better prices than a few other sites I checked. I found what I needed without much hassle and the cost was reasonable, which definitely saved me some money. The only frustrating part was waiting longer than I expected for everything to come through. Still, if the prices stay this good, I’d probably use them again

It’s kind of hard to describe, but I just felt like I was left guessing most of the time. I had to keep checking in to find out what was happening with my order, and the status updates were slow and not super clear. The item did show up in the end, but the communication definitely could’ve been better.
